Key Account Manager
Locations: Santa Fé, Mexico; Puebla, Mexico; Tijuana, Mexico; Acapulco, Mexico; Morelia, Mexico.

Contract type: Full time; Regular; Field Sales.

Job Summary: Manage and grow key accounts, develop business plans, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets and provide reporting as required.
- Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate best‑in‑industry execution of our categories.
- We will manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
- Manage the execution of launch, promotion and activation at the customer’s point of sale.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing plans in the point of sale, collaborating with internal teams and partners.




- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and financial teams to guarantee product availability and delivery efficiency.
- Develop and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main interface between the client and the company.
- Develop strategic account business plans aligned with client and corporate objectives.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively address client issues ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to account executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, etc.) to ensure successful value delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee optimal product availability and delivery efficiency.
- Manage the sales cycle remotely, including prospecting, closing and follow‑up.
- Travel periodically to Veracruz for key account route planning.
