Bilingual Appliance Repair Dispatcher (English + Spanish)

Remote | Full-Time | $500/month to start

We are a growing appliance repair company serving customers in the United States, and we are looking for a reliable English & Spanish bilingual Dispatcher to join our remote team.

What You Will Do

- Answer incoming customer calls in English and Spanish
- Schedule appliance repair appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and technician arrival
- Follow up with customers and technicians
- Reschedule and manage cancellations
- Enter and update customer/job information in our system
- Communicate professionally with customers and technicians
- Help keep the daily schedule organized and efficient

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish — REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software
- Good organizational skills
- Able to work during U.S. business hours
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous appliance repair or dispatching experience is a plus, but NOT required

Training We provide full training.





You do not need previous appliance repair experience. We will teach you our systems, procedures, scheduling process, and everything you need to perform the job successfully.

Compensation

Starting pay: $500/month

After successful completion of training and once you are independently handling the position, there will be an opportunity for a salary increase based on performance and responsibilities.

Important

This position requires frequent communication with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers, so you must be comfortable speaking both languages on the phone.
