Role Description We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Data Migration Lead with strong experience in biotech/pharmaceutical environments to support data migration, data quality, governance, and analytics initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing and validating source data,



developing data mapping and migration strategies, coordinating UAT/testing, and supporting successful go-live and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data migration and data quality initiatives across enterprise and laboratory systems.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into data and technology solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.
- Develop and support source-to-target mapping and migration processes.
- Coordinate UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and go-live activities.
- Partner with business, IT, engineering, and vendor teams across global programs.
- Develop dashboards and reporting using tools such as Tableau.
- Support data governance, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, and Data Quality.
- Experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences environments preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, cloud data platforms, laboratory/sample management systems, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong SQL/data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with UAT, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and general rollouts.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have skillsQualifications

- 13-15 years of work experience in relevant field.
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
