Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are a U.S. home improvement company looking for reliable people in Mexico to make outbound calls and set appointments for roofing and window estimates.

This is a remote position.

Pay

- Starting pay: $4–$6 USD per hour + Commission
- Bonuses for appointments that sit

Job Duties

- Make outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
- Follow a simple script
- Ask homeowners if they are interested in a free roofing or window estimate
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Enter customer information correctly
- Follow up when needed

Requirements

- Good spoken English
- Comfortable talking on the phone




- Reliable internet
- Computer and headset
- Quiet place to work
- Coachable
- Reliable and on time
- Sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required

We are looking for people who want a steady position and are willing to learn. If you do well, there is opportunity to earn more through commissions, bonuses, and raises.
