Location:

Remote (for Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay, El Salvador, Belize, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, and Paraguay residents)

Role Overview

- We are a US marketing and business consulting firm looking for a warm, people-first Client Coordinator to be a caring point of contact for our clients.
- This role is about relationships.




- You will keep clients feeling supported, organized, and heard.
- You will onboard clients and help collect information to get them into our system.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client emails and messages with empathy.
- Keep schedules and follow-ups on track.
- Make every client feel taken care of.

Requirements:
- You are fluent in English with a neutral accent and are comfortable on calls.
- You are genuinely nurturing and patient.
- You are organized.
- You are comfortable with everyday tools such as email, calendars, and apps.
- A background in nursing, teaching, hospitality, or customer care is a big plus.

Logistics:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, US time zone.
