Position Summary:The Government Affairs Manager provides senior strategic leadership at the intersection of healthcare policy, patient access, and business growth. The role develops and executes an integrated government affairs strategy that anticipates political, legislative, regulatory, reimbursement, procurement, and health-system developments affecting the MedTech portfolio.



Acting as a trusted adviser to business leadership, this position translates external trends into enterprise priorities, builds durable relationships with decision-makers, and advances responsible policy solutions that improve access to medical technology while protecting the company’s reputation and license to operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government affairs strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year national and subnational strategy aligned with business priorities, patient needs, market access objectives, and the evolving healthcare agenda.
