Core ResponsibilitiesDrive collaboration with Procurement team and Vendor master data team Support execution of Purchase Order processes in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner (processing purchase requests in Coupa system, handling Service Now incidents & chat queries, vendor sourcing per agreed threshold with Procurement team, Coupa Reporting) Deliver high-quality service handling of basic customer queries Co-drive productivity initiatives across cross functional areas. Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, operation of general, standardised, and scalable processes. Collaborate with AP & Procurement to improve PO compliance. Participate in regional projects related to our Procure To Pay Process (P2P). Play your part in our team succeeding The team is involved in the P2P process and therefore holds an important role within the Business Service Operations covering the Americas Region. The team handles operational order handling on behalf of employees in the LEGO Group in close partnership with the rest of the business.
