This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, contributing to employee skill development and compliance.Job Responsibilities:* Support the creation and updating of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational procedures.* Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including communicating with participants, securing training locations, and preparing necessary equipment.* Help maintain training records and certification documentation, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.* Administer and score certification assessments,



providing feedback to participants and documenting results.* Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum.* Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggesting improvements.* Support the onboarding process for new employees by assisting with initial training and orientation activities.* Perform administrative tasks related to the training department as needed..Required Skills and EducationJob Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in industrial engineering , Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturin
