As a MINI Sales Area Manager, you will drive the commercial success and growth of the MINI brand in Mexico by leading sales performance, dealer network development, and strategic business initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Operations, you will leverage market insights and data-driven decision-making to optimize volume, profitability, and customer experience while supporting the transformation of retail and digital sales processes in a dynamic and competitive market.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?
- Responsibility for the achievement of volume (retail/wholesale)



and contribution margin targets across all sales channels.
- Ensure the optimal sales and volume planning (including proper model mix) under consideration of strategic, volume, and contribution margin targets and factors.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of sales campaigns and customer journeys.
- Drive innovation by identifying and piloting new ideas, processes, or technologies that improve efficiency, productivity, and the customer experience.
- Program, forecast, budget, support based on sales trend and expectations/targets.
- Tropicalize and Standardize sales processes through the Dealer Network to ensure all MINI customers receives an equally satisfying experience in the market.
