About the RoleAs a Human Resources and Employee Experience Intern, you will work on focused objectives that generate a significant impact on the business and team culture. You will support communication, engagement, talent development, training, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the Tepeji plant.
- Support the communication strategy for our annual employee performance, evaluation, and growth cycle, and coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development.
- Follow up on business strategies and priorities on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
- Support Human Resources projects, including the compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement and employee experience programs, including EVE (Employee Value Equation) surveys and actions to strengthen the sense of belonging.
