A growing U.S.-based Garage Door Service Company is looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and highly organized Virtual Customer Service & Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
- Speak with homeowners regarding garage door repairs, installations, maintenance, and service requests
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and identify service requirements
- Schedule appointments based on technician availability
- Confirm, update, and reschedule appointments as needed
- Follow up with leads and customers who have not yet scheduled service
- Respond to customer emails and text messages in a timely manner
- Accurately enter customer information into CRM and scheduling systems
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the day
- Keep customers informed of technician arrival times and schedule updates
- Handle basic customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
- Help reduce missed calls, cancellations, and missed appointments





Qualifications

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
