The position will oversee the Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services functions of the resort. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive group, leisure, consortia, corporate, incentive, wedding, and event revenue while strengthening the resort’s position within the luxury hospitality market.
- Identify booking-cycle challenges, market opportunities, and business risks, and develop strategies and tactics to address them.
- Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for group, incentive, consortia, corporate, leisure, wedding, and event business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, meeting planners, incentive houses, corporate accounts, destination management companies, wedding professionals, media,



and community partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted group room revenue, transient and leisure revenue, consortia revenue, catering revenue, and event-related food and beverage revenue.
- Manage the completion and accuracy of administrative tasks in sales, marketing, revenue, and events systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of proposals, contracts, quotes, reports, forecasts, account plans, and business plans.
- Comply with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, ensuring the confidentiality and proper handling of any information accessed in the course of employment.
- Read, understand, and adhere to the Hotel Colleague Handbook and Internal Work Regulations, complying at all times with its rules, policies, and procedures, particularly those related to fire prevention, hygiene, health, and safety.
