Real Estate Analyst / Senior Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst / Senior Analyst to support one of our international clients,



a technology company operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Real Estate.

This role will focus on analyzing Real Estate opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, evaluating property performance and investment potential, and preparing materials that support decision-making across different stakeholders.

The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience within the Real Estate industry and a strong analytical and financial foundation. Experience specifically within the U.S. Commercial Real Estate market is not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Real Estate opportunities across different property and asset types.
• Perform financial analysis, underwriting, valuations, and market research.
• Build, review, and refine financial models and projections.
• Analyze property performance, cash flows, profitability, market comparables, and investment returns.
