Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Meta Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Key Responsibilities• Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy with the referral program goals
• Stay current on Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager,



Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
• Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness
• Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
• Experience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

System and Work Setup Requirements:
• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above
