Your Tasks

The Shopper & Customer Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution excellence of the channel by translating brand and category strategies into winning shopper and customer solutions across the retail environments. The role drives the end-to-end channel agenda by:

• Defining the Perfect Store by Retail Environment.
• Building winning innovation plans.
• Developing compelling category value stories.
• Tracking Execution and developing gap closing opportunities.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience, Sales or Shopper Marketing / Trade Marketing
• Financial Analysis skills required
• Proven experience of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into execution
• Proven Experience using Dunnhumby & Nielsen.
• Customer-centric thinking
• Able to identify customers’ needs and build business strategies based on them.
• Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
• Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers




• Pragmatic, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
• Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
• Fluent English
