PRIMARY PURPOSE:The Customer Service Representative will provide the quality services required by the current customer, potential customer, and commercial team of Univar Solutions, as a complement to the sales work, ranging from simple information to detailed guidance aimed at achieving their complete satisfaction and preference to the service provided by the company..
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Responsible for order management and delivery tracking.
- Record customer orders and changes.
- Scheduling of deliveries requested by the customer.
- Store and maintain documentation on SAP.
- Maintain and update database.
- Ensure excellent customer service client to reflect Univar corporate values.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economy, or Chemistry preferred)or the equivalent in related work experience.
- (1-2) years of experience in Customer Service.(Customer orientation or sales preferred)




- Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the capacity to handle diverse and significant requirements in fast paced and time-sensitive situations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for interface and collaboration with other internal and external clients.
- 1 year experience using SAP preferred
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
- Advance or bilingual English skills.
