As the MEDS / MES RUN ISA Coordinator, you will serve as the key operational Coordinator for MEDS / MES support activities locally, working in close collaboration with the MEDS / MES Run Responsible Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the local support team, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at the site.
Leadership and management of critical situations.
Application maintenance and support management.




Incident management and resolution of critical issues.
Change Management and Change Control Board administration.
Definition and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs.
Stakeholder and Key User communication and management.
Continuous improvement and optimization of support processes.
Manage support resources (including technical and functional skills)
Ensure that support team skills and knowledge are updated with the latest updates on solution
Report to Run manager, and synchronize with project team
Consolidate all change requests (using BIND format), prioritize them and share them for agreement during monthly Change Board (Organize and entertain Change Control Board)
Generate and monitor the Maintenance performance with IS KPIs
Bachelor's Degree
English (Fluent)
