Logistics & Sales Coordinator

Higher Transport LLC is looking for a Logistics & Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our freight operations in the United States. This position combines logistics, operations, and sales. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable communicating daily with customers, carriers, and drivers in English.

You will be responsible for identifying freight opportunities, negotiating and securing loads, and monitoring shipments from pickup through successful delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required, as daily communication will be with customers and carriers in the United States.
- Previous experience in freight, dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or sales is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Pay: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
