About the Role
We're hiring two Marketing Analysts , one focused on Google & Search and one on Meta & Paid Social . Both roles answer the same question: where should our next marketing dollar go, and what will turn it into a valuable customer?
You'll connect campaign data with what happens after someone becomes a lead: sales conversations, purchases, product choices and customer value. AI will be central to how you work. We expect you to build tools, automate recurring analysis and shorten the time between a question and a decision,
while applying your own judgment to the output.
What both roles own
- Understand what actually drives performance. Connect spend and lead generation to sales conversion, CAC, cash collected and contribution margin. Work out whether changes come from media, creative, audience or customer mix, the website, or the sales funnel.
- Turn insights into investment decisions. Recommend where to scale, pull back or test next across markets, campaigns and audiences. Quantify the expected impact, explain your assumptions, and make clear calls even when the data is incomplete.
- Run a disciplined experimentation program. Define the hypothesis, success metric and decision rule before launch. Separate meaningful improvements from noise, and turn each result into the next action.
- Use AI to multiply your output. Build repeatable workflows for diagnostics, anomaly detection, reporting and test tracking. Validate the outputs and measure whether they save time or improve decisions.
- Make complex findings easy to act on. Answer four questions every time: What changed? Why? What should we do? What's the likely business impact?
Track 1 — Google & Search
- Analyze acquisition across Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen
- Test bidding, creative, landing pages, audience strategies and conversion signals
- Build AI workflows for search-query analysis and performance diagnostics
- Partner with Marketing, BI and Sales Ops to improve measurement and offline conversion signals, so optimization reflects customer quality and value
- Plus: Google Ads, GA4, BigQuery,
offline conversion measurement
Track 2 — Meta & Paid Social
- Analyze results across Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels
- Partner with creative and brand teams to sharpen hooks, messages, scripts, formats and CTAs, and turn customer motivations, objections and sales feedback into testable briefs
- Build a creative testing roadmap across concepts, value propositions, creators and formats, and spot creative fatigue early
- Tell apart ads that attract curiosity from ads that acquire customers
- Maintain a creative knowledge base of what we tested, what we learned and how it applies across markets and cultures
- Plus: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, creator-led and direct-response creative, sales-assisted funnels
What you bring
- Strong quantitative reasoning. You break ambiguous problems into testable questions and defend your conclusions.
- Evidence that you build with AI. You've built a workflow, automation, tool or prototype, and you can explain how you validated it and where human judgment is still needed.
- Hands-on analytical skills. Strong SQL and spreadsheets. Python or AI-assisted coding is expected for Google and a plus for Meta.
- Commercial judgment. You know that low CPL, high engagement and strong sales don't always move together, and that attribution alone doesn't prove incremental growth.
- Experimentation rigor. You account for uncertainty, confounders, small samples and differences in spend or delivery before declaring a winner.
- Ownership and clear communication. You go from spotting a problem to recommending a fix and helping implement it.
- For Meta & Paid Social: creative judgment. You can explain why an ad works through its hook, story, pacing, insight, offer and CTA.
How to apply Tell us which track you're applying for: Google & Search , Meta & Paid Social , or both . Include one example of something you built with AI.
