About the Role

As a Business Development Representative BDR, youll be the first voice prospects hear on behalf of our clients. Your role is to engage decisionmakers, uncover business needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for client sales teams.

Youll support multiple outbound campaigns while working within structured processes, receiving regular coaching, and sharpening your prospecting skills every day.

What Youll Do

Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
Engage with business owners, executives, and key decisionmakers.
Start conversations, ask discovery questions, and identify potential business needs.
Qualify prospects based on each campaigns targeting criteria.
Respond to objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
Book qualified meetings for our clients sales teams.
Record call outcomes, prospect information, and followup activities accurately in the CRM.
Send followups to help improve meeting attendance and prospect engagement.




Follow campaign scripts, calling processes, and outbound best practices.
Work closely with managers and teammates to improve call quality and campaign results.
Share prospect feedback and common objections to help improve scripts and messaging.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or a similar phonebased sales role.
Strong communication skills.
Confidence speaking with business decisionmakers.
Ability to build rapport quickly during cold conversations.
Strong objectionhandling and activelistening skills.
Experience achieving call, activity, or meetingbooking targets.
Resilience, consistency, and a positive approach to rejection.
Ability to manage your time and stay accountable in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail when updating CRM records and managing followups.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Nooks, Slack, Calendly, or Coda is a plus but not required.
