We are looking for a highly organized, responsive, and customer-focused Plumbing Dispatcher & Service Coordinator to manage service calls from the moment a customer contacts the company through job completion, customer follow-up, and invoicing.

The right person will take ownership of the entire service process and make sure no call, customer, or job falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer all incoming calls and ensure every customer receives a prompt response.
- Understand the customer’s plumbing issue, gather the necessary details, and create an accurate service ticket.
- Enter and maintain all customer and job information in the company database.
- Schedule and dispatch plumbers/technicians based on the job requirements and availability.
- Follow each job from dispatch through completion.
- Communicate with technicians while they are on-site to ensure they have the information, equipment, and materials needed to complete the job properly.
- Keep customers updated when necessary regarding scheduling,



job status, or changes.
- Follow up with customers after the job to confirm the work was completed and they are satisfied.
- Close completed service tickets and prepare/send invoices for payment.

- Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, dispatching, or service coordination strongly preferred
- Strong phone and customer service skills.
- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, ticketing, CRM/database systems, and invoicing. Highly organized and able to manage multiple active service calls at once.
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of a job from beginning to end. Most important: This person owns the entire service process—from the moment the phone rings until the job is completed, the customer is satisfied, and the invoice is sent.
