Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 50 to 100 Amazon Associates in a distribution center environment. You will motivate, mentor, coach, and serve as the primary information source while ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and engagement.
You will drive process improvements using Lean techniques and partner with leadership to meet customer demand, maintain operations standards, and manage cross-functional initiatives. Weekend/holiday shifts are required.
