Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Agent-First)

Location: Remote — Latin America strongly preferred; Mexico sourcing focus. Strong candidates elsewhere may be considered.

Salary Range: Up to USD 6,250 per month, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.

About the Role

Build production software with TypeScript and React, using coding agents as a primary development tool. Combine fast iteration with reliable automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain production TypeScript and React systems.
- Use coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and validate their output.
- Build automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD.

Qualifications





- At least five years of production TypeScript and React experience.
- Regular use of coding agents as a primary way of building, with clear practices for reliable output.
- Strong automated testing experience with Vitest, Jest or Playwright and CI/CD.
