The Restaurant Back Server plays a key support role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This position works closely with the food server team, primarily assisting with running food , organizing tickets on the cooking line , and maintaining smooth service flow in a fast‐paced environment.
This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, and movement throughout the shift.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the Back Server interacts regularly with both guests and kitchen staff.
Light cleaning duties—including vacuuming, wiping tables, and cleaning small wares—are part of the daily responsibilities.
The adecuado candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys continual guest interaction and problem‐solving.
