100% ON SITE - Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco (in front of Alameda Norte)
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Base salary: $20K mxn. before taxes
Transportation Bonus: $750 mxn.

SCHEDULE:
Training: Monday to Friday
8-hours shifts within service window (8:00 am. - 8:00 pm.)
1 hour lunch break
Monday to Sunday | 2 consecutive days off
RESPONSABILITIES:
Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Internet, WiFi, Voice).
Guide customers through clear technical steps.
Analyze routers and modems to identify root causes.
Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.




Educate customers on service enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory):
High school diploma
Advanced English (B2+)
Comfortable speaking 100% in English
6+ months experience in technical support (call center).
Strong computer skills
Full documentations
Availability for on-site work
