Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a high-volume products manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all core supply chain functions, including Procurement, Materials Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, S&OP; support, and supplier performance management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience managing complex supply chains in large-scale manufacturing organizations, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, service level improvements, and inventory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including:
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Materials Planning
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Inventory Management
- Logistics & Transportation
- Warehouse Operations
- Supplier Management
- Order Fulfillment
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time optimization, service level enhancement, and cost savings.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to support operational and business goals.
- Lead S&OP; and supply-demand balancing processes to ensure alignment across functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and regional suppliers.
- Implement best practices in forecasting, planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory control.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance, including:
- Inventory Turns
- On-Time Delivery
- Supplier Performance
- Forecast Accuracy
- Material Availability
- Logistics Cost
- Service Levels
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.
- Support global and regional business initiatives, transformation projects, and operational excellence programs.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration
- Operations Management
- Related field
- Master's Degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 10+ years in leadership positions managing multiple Supply Chain functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including:
- Procurement
- Materials Planning
- Logistics
- Inventory Management
- Supplier Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Experience working in large-scale manufacturing organizations with more than 4,000 employees.
- Strong background supporting high-volume manufacturing and complex global supply chains.
- Experience leading transformational initiatives and operational improvement projects.
- Experience managing or collaborating with global and cross-regional teams is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) highly preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing certification and/or demonstrated application of:
- Lean Principles
- Kaizen
- Value Stream Mapping
- Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in ERP systems such as:
- SAP

- 15+ years of Supply Chain experience
- End-to-end Supply Chain ownership (Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Inventory)
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of stability with current/most recent employer
- Experience in manufacturing organizations with 3,000+ employees
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership capabilities
- Advanced English communication skills

- APICS Certification (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD)

- General team leadership experience
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
