Senior Product Manager

The role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, prioritization and delivery across customer-facing and internal digital experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to turn customer and operational needs into clear, measurable product outcomes.

What you'll do:

· Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for assigned product areas.

· Translate customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.

· Lead discovery and refinement with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders.

· Make scope and prioritization decisions based on customer value, data, risk, dependencies and measurable outcomes.

· Partner with Engineering and Design throughout discovery, delivery, testing, launch and iteration.

· Define product metrics, funnels and behavioral signals; use PostHog and complementary analytics tools to understand adoption, friction and feature performance.

· Plan and evaluate product experiments,



feature adoption and user journeys using quantitative and qualitative evidence.

· Coordinate user acceptance testing, launch readiness and post-launch learning.

· Maintain concise product documentation and communicate decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for:

· 5+ years of product management experience building digital products or platforms.

· Experience taking products or complex features from discovery through production launch.

· Strong ability to write clear requirements, acceptance criteria and product documentation.

· Experience working closely with software engineering and UX/UI design teams.

· Strong analytical thinking and experience using product analytics to make decisions.

· Experience with tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar product analytics platforms.

· Ability to manage ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment.

Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
