Professional SAP Specialist supports Production and Supply Chain Operations through the following key pillars:1.
SAP Functional SupportSupport daily operations within SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) moduleAnalyze and resolve SAP-related issues impacting production planning and execution processesEnsure system stability and proper usage aligned with production and business requirementsCollaborate with global SAP teams for incident resolution and knowledge sharing2.
Business Process ImprovementAnalyze current production planning and execution processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDefine and propose solutions aligned with operational and manufacturing needsSupport implementation of enhancements, including testing and documentationWork closely with business stakeholders to align SAP functionality with shop floor and planning requirements3.
Operational Support (Shopfloor & Integration)Support production operations by ensuring proper execution of production orders and planning processesAssist in resolving issues related to material availability, production scheduling, order processing, and execution deviationsUnderstand and support the integration between Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes, including material staging, goods issue, backflush,



and inventory movements impacting production executionCoordinate and support resolution of issues impacting SAP-related processes across production and supply chainAssist users with transactional processes based on proper controls and authorizationsEnsure continuity of production operations during critical manufacturing periodsParticipate in local or integral initiatives as required (testing, training, documentation)Support rollout readiness by preparing users and validating system functionalityDevelop and track operational KPIs related to production performance and planning accuracyProvide training and continuous guidance to planners, supervisors, and shop floor associatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of SAP ECC experience in Production Planning (PP)Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processesUnderstanding of integration between Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes is requiredExperience working with SAP integration points (MM, WM, SD, QM) is a plusExperience in S/4HANA Production Planning or EWM integration is desirable but not requiredStrong problem-solving and analytical skills in operational environmentsExperience supporting end users and continuous improvement initiativesAbility to translate business needs into effective SAP solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Additional Requirements:Experience with Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) is a plusExperience working in manufacturing environmentsAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesAvailability to support operations during critical production periods as neededTechnical Skills:SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) core experience requiredFunctional knowledge of SAP processes and integrationsConfiguration knowledge is a plus but not required#J-*****-Ljbffr
