Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to join our team as a Listing Marketing Specialist.
This role directly supports our real estate agent partners by creating and executing professional listing marketing materials that keep their brand sharp and their listings visible.

You can learn more about what we do at or see exactly what our agent partners receive at You'll Be DoingAs our Listing Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating polished, on-brand marketing materials for our real estate agent partners whenever they have active listings.
This includes:Designing and producing Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold,
and Open House marketing piecesCreating social media graphics and content for listing announcementsProducing digital flyers for individual propertiesPosting and scheduling marketing content across platformsMaintaining organized records and files for each listing campaignCommunicating with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to standardYou will follow detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for every task.
Training will be provided.Compensation & ScheduleYou're paid per completed project.
Each project type is assigned a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so faster, efficient work is rewarded rather than penalized.
There is a 30‐day probation period during which project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow.
Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed.
