The ideal candidate has proven team leadership, hands-on experience with software projects, and strong familiarity with Azure DevOpsResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery: define scope, plan schedules, manage budgets, and ensure successful project closure.Lead, coach and coordinate cross-functional project teams; drive execution, performance tracking and continuous improvement.Apply agile/Scrum best practices from a PM perspective to enable timely, high-quality delivery (without acting as Scrum Master).
Manage stakeholder engagement across technical and business partners; ensure alignment, clearreporting and expectations management.Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalation appropriately.Use Azure DevOps for planning, tracking,



CI/CD visibility and project reporting.Support cloud adoption efforts (Azure preferred; AWS experience acceptable).
RequirementsBachelor degree and Cédula cualificado.4–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.Demonstrated success managing end-to-end software projects.Practical experience with Azure or AWS.Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies (this is not a Scrum Master position).
Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with US-based teams.Proven stakeholder management skills and a results-driven, high-performance mindset.Excel, Power BI,AI experience is a plus and will be supported during onboarding.Hybrid position — required on-site three days per week at our Reforma offices, CDMX (CP *****)#J-*****-Ljbffr
