You will lead the tooling engineering, injection process, tool assembly and machine shop teams to optimize tooling, molds and production efficiency.Responsibilities include guiding RFQ and design reviews, implementing new transfer projects, establishing process parameters, and driving corrective actions.
Fluent English/Spanish required; Bachelor's degree and 7+ years experience.
