We've always built exceptional Webflow sites, and we still do, but we're increasingly working as a strategic partner to marketing leaders, and AI is reshaping how sites get designed, built and improved.
Our projects are increasingly platform agnostic.
The designers who do well here bring strong judgment and taste, use AI fluently as part of their process, and are curious about where this is heading rather than attached to how it used to work.You'll work across both project-based engagements and long-term client accounts, alongside design leads, project managers and our development team.

define the right level of complexity for each client, and develop original directions from research and referencesManage scope and time on your work, and flag early when either is at riskPresent to clients and defend design decisions with clear reasoningCollaborate with developers on feasibility and review builds against your designs before launchUse AI tools throughout the process, from research and discovery synthesis to reference gathering, concept exploration and early copyContribute to our design system, standards and knowledge sharing across the teamWho we're looking forThis role isn't suitable for junior or mid-level candidates.
We're looking for someone who already operates at a senior level and can own a project's design outcome independently.5+ years designing marketing websites, with at least 2 in an agency or multi-client environment.
