Qualifications:



• Hands-on accounting management experience, with ownership of daily operations and team delivery.
• Proven Sage Intacct experience is required.
• Very fluent English for leading and supporting a remote team.
Nice-to-Haves: • ServiceTitan experience, ideally in HVAC or home services.
• Excel and Power Query skills.
