Responsibilities Act as the senior representative of an global IT services and custom software development companyinMexico, with professionalism, technical credibility, and strategic insightAggressively identify and close new business opportunities in Mexico for outsourced software development services, Generative AI and tailored made AppsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, outreach, events,



and referralsUnderstand client needs and articulate complex technical offerings clearly and persuasivelyDevelop a clear understanding of client needs and collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposalsLead presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiationsTrack metrics, manage CRM and report regularly to senior leadershipContribute to the evolution of our sales strategy in MexicoRecruit, mentor, and eventually manage a local sales and business development team as the Mexico operation scales Own the commercial results of the Mexico operation and act as the primary point of accountability for its performance, working in close partnership with company leadership assuring the the mexican market's growth trajectory The ideal candidate could be based in Querétaro, Jalisco or México City.
