We are seeking a Payroll Specialist – Mexico to support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple legal entities. This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. We offer: This Is What You Will Do in This Role: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Mexico, including weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for three companies Execute complex payroll calculations, adjustments, off-cycle payments, and final settlements for terminations Support special payroll processes such as annual ISR adjustment, PTU, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and savings fund Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor and statutory regulations, including LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ICSOE, SISUB, and SAT requirements Maintain and manage employee payroll data across systems such as Tress, UKG WFM, SAP, and Workday Calculate and process mandatory deductions and contributions, including ISR, ISN, and Social Security Generate accurate payroll reports for Finance, Accounting, and leadership, including variable SBC (Salario Base de Cotización) reports Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex payroll discrepancies, system issues, and employee inquiries Support internal and external audits (IMSS, SAT), ensuring strong controls and audit readiness Collaborate with HR, Finance,
