Calsoft is seeking an experienced
ERP Consultant - Supply Chain Management & Production
to join our growing ERP consulting team in Mexico. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do
Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
Configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions
Support data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
Provide ongoing customer support and system optimization
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders
Participate in solution demonstrations and presales activities
What We're Looking For
3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience
Experience with Supply Chain Management and Production processes




Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing consulting skills
Professional fluency in Spanish
Business-level English proficiency
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience
Understanding of Mexican business and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of distribution, manufacturing, and import/export processes
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management
