Amalga is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Monterrey. This is a full on-site role focused on high-volume recruitment for international clients across industries such as IT, BPO, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

This person will manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and hiring process support. The adecuado candidate must be highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple openings at the same time while maintaining strong communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.

A very strong English level is required, as this role involves working with U.S.-based clients, reviewing English resumes, conducting interviews in English, and communicating professionally in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases,



social media, and other recruiting channels.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, English level, communication skills, motivation, and overall fit.

Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the process.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS, trackers, and internal systems.

Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements.

Support multiple searches at once while meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.

Track recruitment activity, pipeline status, and key metrics to provide regular updates to the team.

Represent Amalga professionally with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
