What You’ll do
We are looking for a senior, hands-on ACS / Device Management Operations Engineer who can assume end-to-end operational ownership of a large-scale SaaS ACS platform. The candidate should combine deep technical understanding of TR-069/USP and CPE management with strong Linux, networking, database and cloud troubleshooting skills. The role requires ownership of daily platform administration, CPE onboarding, provisioning policies, firmware and mass operations, monitoring, incident management and SLA compliance. highly responsible, methodical, customer-facing and comfortable making operational decisions in a large-scale production environment.
As a Resident Engineer, You Will
• Take end-to-end operational ownership of the ACS / device management platform, rather than only providing reactive technical support.
• Onboard new CPE models, validate data models, define provisioning policies and manage the full device lifecycle.
• Operate production services under strict SLA requirements, typically 99.9%–99.99% availability for critical issues.
• Lead incident triage and coordination, including major incidents and service restoration.
• Investigate recurring issues and drive permanent corrective actions rather than repeated workarounds.
• Prepare, review and execute production changes with proper risk assessment, rollback and validation.
