About the Company At Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa, the plants came first. Our adults-only eco resort sits among nine gardens, planted by hand across thirty acres over three decades, on two and a half miles of quiet Pacific beach in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, one hour north of Cabo.

We have 103 guest rooms, nearly all with an ocean view, 23 with a private plunge pool. Three restaurants cook from our farm’s gardens and the Pacific: Botánica for farm-to-table, Kahal for oceanfront seafood, and Centro by the pools. Kahal was voted Signature Restaurant of the Year for Todos Santos / El Pescadero at the 2025 Los Cabos Culinary Awards. At our botanical spa, guests blend their own oils from plants grown steps from the treatment rooms. Four pools run at four temperatures.

Service here is personal, not transactional. We want someone who can tell that story every day, in two languages, through photos, video, words, and marketing materials.

Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, onsite role.

This team member handles the day-to-day of our social media management and digital marketing functions. The Marketing Coordinator reports to and works closely with the Director of Brand & Marketing.

You will help organize the details of marketing events created for our guests, media visits and photo shoots, working alongside our food and beverage, spa and operations teams.
