Sales Executive – Hotel Technology (Mexico / Dominican Republic)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico or the Dominican Republic

Contract: Monthly contract, with retainer and commission terms agreed based on experience

Butler AI helps hotels manage guest requests through chat and phone. Requests for room service, amenities or housekeeping are automatically routed to the right department, giving teams clear ownership and visibility from request to completion.
The platform helps hotels reduce front desk workload, avoid missed requests and deliver more consistent service. Real-time tracking and analytics help hotel managers monitor response times and identify operational improvements.

Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience selling hotel technology and established relationships in the hospitality industry.
You will help grow Butler AI’s presence in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, working directly with the founder to identify suitable hotels, reach decision-makers, demonstrate the platform and close new business.




This is a remote role on a monthly contract, suited to someone who can work independently, build their own pipeline and take ownership of the full sales process.

Responsibilities
• Identify and approach hotels, resorts and hotel groups that would benefit from Butler AI.
• Build relationships with general managers, owners, operations leaders and other buying decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify opportunities through your existing network and direct outreach.
• Run demos that connect Butler AI’s capabilities to each hotel’s operational needs.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through proposals, negotiation and close.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and report on activity, opportunities and results.
• Coordinate with the Butler AI team to ensure a clear handover and smooth client onboarding.
• Share prospect feedback to improve our messaging and product.
