MextelUS Marketing is hiring experienced English-speaking B2B outbound telemarketing sales professionals in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Compensation
• Base pay: 20,000–30,000 MXN per month, based on experience
• Commission on every sale
• Monthly residual commissions on active accounts
• Opportunity to build significant recurring commission income

The Role
You will make outbound calls to businesses in the United States and speak directly with business owners and decision-makers. This is a sales position — not customer service or inbound support.
We are looking for people who are comfortable prospecting, starting conversations with businesses that have not previously contacted us, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Who We're Looking For
• Fluent or near-fluent spoken English
• Previous outbound B2B sales or telemarketing experience strongly preferred
• Experience making cold calls and speaking with business owners or decision-makers
• Strong telephone communication and closing skills
• Comfortable using CRM and calling software
• Self-motivated, dependable and results-oriented
• Located in Playa del Carmen or the surrounding area
