The Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving, developing, and converting group business opportunities, positioning Alila Mayakoba as a premier destination for luxury meetings, incentive programs, executive retreats, celebrations, and exclusive buyouts. This role oversees the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation, site inspections, and seamless handover to the operations team - ensuring that every opportunity supports the resort's commercial strategy and reinforces its brand positioning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Sales within a luxury or upper-upscale hotel or resort.
- Proven success generating new business, managing key accounts and achieving revenue objectives.
- Strong understanding of the luxury group, incentive, corporate and celebration segments.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with Hyatt sales systems or comparable CRM and hotel sales platforms is desirable.
