This pivotal role will shape and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, lead end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior recruiters from a home office.
The idóneo candidate will have 6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in leadership, strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in remote team
