Johnson Controls in Monterrey area is seeking a Process Owner HR Operations. This role leads HR service delivery processes, ensures training and process integrity, and monitors KPIs and SOX compliance. You will collaborate with CoEs, HR Integration, and HR Technology Enablement on continuous improvements and automation initiatives.
The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Finance/Business, 3+ years in HRSSC, and fluent English, within a multinational environment.
