AFSC seeks a Regional Programs Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean to oversee program direction, reporting, and resource stewardship across multiple countries. The role builds partnerships, enhances partner capacity, and guides program implementation in line with AFSC’s mission and priorities.
The RPM engages with ministries, UN agencies, donors, and NGOs; leads a regional team, monitors performance, and ensures cross-border collaboration to deliver high-impact humanitarian and
