Flex is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer in Guadalajara’s South Campus to support equipment maintenance for SMT lines and related process equipment. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and assist with installation/removal of equipment to keep production running smoothly.
The role requires experience with SMT processes, automation, and mixed mechanical-electrical troubleshooting, plus intermediate English.
