PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Customer Service Representative will provide the quality services required by the current customer, potential customer, and commercial team of Univar Solutions, as a complement to the sales work, ranging from simple information to detailed guidance aimed at achieving their complete satisfaction and preference to the service provided by the company..
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsible for order management and delivery tracking.
Record customer orders and changes.
Scheduling of deliveries requested by the customer.
Store and maintain documentation on SAP.
Maintain and update database.
Ensure excellent customer service client to reflect Univar corporate values.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economy, or Chemistry preferred)or the equivalent in related work experience.
(1-2) years of experience in Customer Service.(Customer orientation or sales preferred)
Strong analytical,



organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the capacity to handle diverse and significant requirements in fast paced and time-sensitive situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills for interface and collaboration with other internal and external clients.
1 year experience using SAP preferred
Brings a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
Advance or bilingual English skills.
