Novo is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage financial reporting for a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. You will ensure accurate records, timely month-end close, and GAAP compliance while partnering with Property Managers and corporate leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate a plus), and proficiency with Yardi. Versátil, remote work options are available.
