Zendesk is seeking an AI Sales Specialist in Mexico City to drive growth of our AI product suite in the AMER region. In a quota-carrying overlay role, you’ll prospect, demo, and close deals alongside the Core AE team, delivering value-driven solutions and accelerating AI adoption.
You’ll own enablement, build executive relationships, and collaborate with the AI Success team to expand opportunities through higher automation and cross-sell, while traveling as needed.
