Legal Counsel LATAM
in Latin America is a key member of our general legal team. This role leads commercial legal support across LATAM, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts, advising internal teams on day-to-day legal matters, and overseeing regional regulatory compliance across 12 territories. It also supports post-acquisition integration work, manages outside counsel, and helps build the LATAM legal function through scalable processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
As the Legal Counsel for Latin America,



you will have following responsibilities:
Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts with clients (agencies, brands, publishers), technology vendors, data providers and strategic partners across LATAM.
Regional coverage.
Provide legal support for operations in 12 territories across LATAM, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
Advise sales, operations and product teams on day-to-day legal matters: service agreements, SAASs, NDAs, data processing agreements.
Support the post-acquisition integration of Adsmovil and Rocketlab: contract harmonization, internal policies and governance frameworks.
Regulatory compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the AdTech business across the region: data privacy, digital advertising, consumer protection.
Manage relationships with external counsel when specialized local expertise is required.
